In line with this approach, our Senior Management team consists of five managers.
MANAGING MEMBER: MRS MANO NAIDOO
Mrs Naidoo, is a successful business woman in her own right, she brings with her a wealth of experience in terms of running a business and setting up the correct infrastructure. Approximately 11 years ago, Mrs Naidoo launched Safety Security Services, based on the premise of providing affordable security and safety solutions to companies that were looking for a quality service given by a P.D.I. company in compliance with their affirmative procurement policies. |

GENERAL MANAGER : MR LOUIS NAIDOO
Mr Naidoo has 23 years experience in the security industry, having been selected as the Operations Manager for Gray Security Services, KwaZulu Natal (Pty) Ltd., specialising in the Petrochemical Industry. In addition to this Mr Naidoo has also specialised in
the provision of services for National Key points, the Hospitality Industry, Aviation, Industrial Complexes and retail sites. In addition to being registered as a security practitioner, Mr Naidoo is also registered with the Security Officer's Board as a national Key Point training Instructor. He was personally responsible for the design and implementation of many of our petrochemical sites. |

HR MANAGER: MS DONNA STEVENSON
Ms Stevenson has 17 years experience in the industry, having been both the Provincial Human Resource Manager for Gray Security Services - Eastern Cape and Free State and subsequently Provincial Human Resource Manager for Gray Security Services KwaZulu Natal (Pty) Ltd. She was also responsible for setting up two Joint Ventures and served as a Director of Sibanye Security Services (Eastern Cape) and Masakhisane Services (Kwazulu Natal)
She specializes in recruitment and training as well as business plan implementation and development. As part of the Senior Management team of the organization, Ms Stevenson was also party to the design of new service contracts, managing the outsourcing processes and providing an advisory service to the client in regards to South African labour legislation. |

ADMIN/FINANCE MANAGERESS: MRS DENISE NARAINSAMY
Mrs. Narainsamy has worked as a bookkeeper since 2006. She is trained in Pastel Accounting, Pastel Payroll software and ISO 9000.
Mrs.Narainsamy also manages the risk factor of the business and advises existing clients on all accounting and financial matters. Mrs Narainsamy is responsible for all client communications and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. She ensures that client issues are attended to in the most efficient manner. |

OPERATIONS MANAGERESS: NOKUTHLA MDADANE
Miss Mdadane has 7 years experience within the security industry and has been involved intensively in the running of the operation in terms of manpower, recruitments into the company policy and procedures. When required she does the necessary welfare visits. |

HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER : VERSHEN NAIDOO
Mr Naidoo is responsible for customer relations and brings with him a young and vibrant approach in handling the company’s interests. He has a diploma in business management together with security grades E to A and is trained in handling firearms. Mr Naidoo has been involved in many special operations e.g. helping provide and organize security escorts during the 2011 truck strike in South Africa and also worked in conjunction with safety officers on pipeline excavations throughout the eThekwini area. He is currently involved in NOSA safety management training and is looking for new ways to maintain and improve Safety Security Services.
