PHYSICAL SECURITY
The provision of well-trained security personnel in accordance with the Security Officers Board requirements, as well as the POLSEC Seta Unit Standards, is the minimum that we provide. We are further in a position to recruit and provide employees with additional training such as computer skills, etc. as a basic, all our employees have undergone training in safety procedures (NOSA), fire fighting practices and weapons handling in support of the SOB accredited training. We also provide AIDS/HIV awareness training as part of our broader social responsibility programme.
SECURITY CONSULTANCY AND SYSTEM DESIGN Our team of consultants will evaluate your existing security structure and recommend physical and administrative procedures in order for you to achieve the most efficient and cost effective structure for your organization. Our aim is to provide Value added service within the broader context of a mutually beneficial relationship. INVESTIGATIONS / COVERT SECURITY
We acknowledge in the face of the syndicates that now populate our society that sometimes the provision of a straight security service is inadequate . We therefore provide specialized investigators who are capable of infiltrating these syndicates. Who may be operating on your site.
We carry the process through until the criminals are apprehended, and a police docket is opened. We have trained our investigations personnel as professional witnesses and provide an advisory service to our clients during this process. This service extends to hearings, disciplinary enquiries and managing the internal disciplinary process, through (if necessary) to the CCMA process, and/or Labour Court process.
STAFF SELECTION / RECRUITMENT We subscribe to the highest principles as provided in the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the appropriate supporting legislation. All applicants are thoroughly screened, which includes criminal bureau checking prior to their SOB registration. Panel interviews are conducted with screened personnel and preferance is given to applicants with a matric. Our staff are vetted against an industry specific profile. We pride ourselves in offering careers to our employees as opposed to jobs. |

SUPERVISION / MANAGEMENT
Our competitive advantage lies in the provision of constant supervision and a hands-on management team. Sites are visited twice a day with unannounced random inspections being conducted on a regular basis. We also employ external verifiers who do random honesty tests (i.e. test the susceptibility of our staff to bribes). Management is involved in every aspect of the business, from the recruitment and training of employees, to doing after hour site visits. As a service provider we uphold the strictest disciplinary standards for all our personnel and any transgressions are dealt with immediately, and to the fullest extent that the law allows.
As part of the service offered by our Manager/Supervisors, we maintain constant contact with our clients, which culminates in regular monthly meetings with our clients. We also conduct internal audits on site, and on an annual basis, do full site surveys on all our sites, to ensure that we are still meeting our clients needs.
